Respected Teachers, Seniors & Colleagues.

As I write to you as the President of Thane Academy of Pediatrics (TAP) 2017-18, I feel honored & humble and would love to express my deepest gratitude to my teachers, colleagues and sick children who have helped me as an individual as well as leader of this team to be a part of journey towards delivery of compassionate child care.

On this day let us remember the contribution made by our esteemed seniors & all past presidents since 1997 to make TAP such a vibrant body with high standards in academics & child health advocacies and I shall put my sincere efforts to achieve all possible targets and milestones which have been envisaged by our senior visionaries.

From this year onward through our first time launched website and mobile app, we plan to go paperless. We shall use smart technology for better communication, education, stay connected with our members and help parents to get right professional advice to strengthen doctor – patient relationship & improvise rational healthcare delivery!

The Thane Academy of Pediatrics is committed to the improvement of the health and well being of all children. For this purpose, the association dedicates its efforts and resources through various programs.

As members of the association we shall strive for the achievement of the optimum growth, development and health in the physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual realms of all children irrespective of diversities of their backgrounds.

Let us all in Thane Academy of Pediatrics offer our skills beyond child survival towards holistic child care & development, with a selfless attitude with the theme “Compassionate Child Care: Dil Se…”
