On the occasion of World Breast Feeding Week from 1st to 7th August, Thane Academy of Pediatrics (TAP) continued with the mission of spreading awareness about breastfeeding and its importance through numerous activities, with active support and participation of the TAP Executive Committee as well as enthusiastic TAP members. The activities were planned keeping in mind the target audience of pediatricians and health care workers, and the beneficiaries in the community. Considering the current pandemic situation, TAP maximized efforts in reaching the beneficiaries through user friendly virtual media.
